Diana Bracco is President of the National Life Science Cluster – ALISEI. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Bracco Group, currently she is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Centro Diagnostico Italiano and Executive Vice President of the Italy-China Foundation.
Vice President Filippo Belardelli
Filippo Belardelli received the degree in Biological Sciences in 1975 at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, where he obtained the specialization degree in Microbiology in 1979. In 1980, he became staff investigator of the Laboratory of Virology at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS), where was appointed as Section Director in 1983. He was the Director of the Department of Cell Biology and Neurosciences (2006-2011) and of the Department of Hematology, Oncology and Molecular Medicine (2011-2016) at the ISS.
Commissioner Daniela Corda
Daniela Corda is a cell biologist, Director of the Institute of Protein Biochemistry of the National Research Council (CNR) in Naples, Italy. She received her Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Perugia, Italy and her Ph.D. in Life Sciences from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel. Her Post-doctorate was at the National Institute of Health, Bethesda, USA. She has been working at the Consorzio Mario Negri Sud (Italy) as Group-Leader, Head of the Department of Cell Biology and Oncology and Director of R&D until 2009, when she moved to the CNR in Naples.
Commissioner Amleto D’Agostino
Amleto D’agostino graduated in Physics from the University of Naples Federico II. Since 2008 he operates as general manager within BioTekNet – Campania Regional Network of Competence. In 2009 D’Agostino established and coordinated the activities of BioStarNet (an incubator of biotech companies, partly financed by the Ministry of Economic Development) and in 2013 he took the lead, as general manager, of Campania Bioscience, a technological cluster devoted to life sciences.
